Senior Financial Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States. Employees may work from home or company-paid coworking spaces. In-person gatherings usually take place no more than a few times per year. Hiring is currently unavailable in Quebec Province, Northern Ireland, and Hawaii.

Base salary: $87,040–$125,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 10% corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Build and improve financial operations, data accuracy, forecasting capabilities, and actionable FP&A analyses.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline reporting, and improve FP&A workflows.
• Analyze business trends and metrics, including ARR, bookings, pipeline, upsell, renewal, churn, and revenue drivers.
• Lead the assigned portion of the monthly close process, investigate issues, and communicate findings to business partners.
• Perform scenario analyses and develop financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive operational improvements across all three financial statements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of financial analysis or related experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, private equity- or venture-backed, or high-intensity environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with steady career progression.
• Experience with GTM FP&A reporting and analytics, including forecasting and analysis of ARR, bookings, pipeline, and revenue drivers.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical, communication, accuracy, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights or another FP&A planning tool.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
