Senior Financial Analyst (SaaS/AI)

Location: Remote within the United States. hirify.global is currently unable to hire in Quebec Province, Northern Ireland, and Hawaii. Occasional in-person company gatherings take place a few times per year.

Salary: $87,040–$125,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for a 10% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Build financial operations, forecasting capabilities, data accuracy, and actionable FP&A analyses.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline reporting, and improve FP&A workflows.
• Analyze business trends and metrics, including ARR, bookings, pipeline, and revenue drivers.
• Partner with teams across the business to recommend improvements, increase efficiency, and support informed risk-taking.
• Lead the assigned portion of the monthly close, investigate issues, and communicate findings to business partners.
• Develop financial strategies and scenario analyses aligned with company growth objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience or related experience in SaaS, technology, PE- or VC-backed, or high-intensity environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with steady career progression.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with Adaptive Insights or another FP&A planning tool.
• Strong analytical, accuracy, attention-to-detail, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Must be able to work from the United States; hirify.global cannot currently hire in Quebec Province, Northern Ireland, or Hawaii.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS financial models and go-to-market or top-line FP&A reporting.
• Experience forecasting and analyzing ARR, bookings, pipeline, and revenue drivers.
