Sr Finance Analyst (AI)

Location: United States of America; flexible hybrid work with occasional in-person events or team sessions.

Salary: $72,750–$151,250 per year, with potential discretionary bonus or commissions.

What you will do

• Own monthly and quarterly forecasting for OpEx, CapEx, and headcount across assigned business areas.
• Lead annual bottom-up budgeting, align plans with department owners, and reconcile them with top-down targets.
• Deliver month-end variance analysis, identify financial drivers, and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Build financial models for business cases, scenario planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
• Partner with Accounting on accruals, reclasses, account reconciliations, and close activities.
• Develop management reporting and dashboards while using AI tools such as Claude to automate finance workflows and accelerate analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex modeling, large datasets, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis.
• Working knowledge of financial statements and the connections between the three statements.
• Experience with an ERP and a planning tool such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, or Pigment.
• Experience using AI-augmented productivity tools to optimize financial analysis, modeling, or reporting workflows, plus strong communication and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA, or progress toward one of these qualifications.
• SQL, data warehouse querying, or familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience in media, technology, or advertising.
• Experience automating or redesigning recurring finance processes.
