TL;DR
Sr Finance Analyst (FP&A/AI): Owns forecasting, budgeting, month-end variance analysis, and financial modeling for assigned business areas with an accent on resource planning, decision support, and AI-augmented finance workflows. Focus on building scenario models, automating spreadsheet and reporting processes with Claude AI, and translating complex financial data into recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership.
Location: United States of America; flexible hybrid work with occasional in-person events or team sessions.
Salary: $72,750–$151,250 per year, with potential discretionary annual bonus or commissions.

What you will do
- Own monthly and quarterly forecasting for OpEx, CapEx, and headcount across assigned business areas.
- Lead annual budgeting, build bottoms-up plans, partner with department owners, and reconcile plans to top-down targets.
- Deliver month-end variance analysis, identify financial drivers, and flag risks and opportunities.
- Build financial models for business cases, scenario planning, and investment decisions.
- Partner with Accounting on accruals, reclasses, account reconciliations, and close activities.
- Develop management reporting and dashboards, automate recurring finance workflows, and present recommendations to leadership and business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex modeling, large datasets, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis.
- Working knowledge of financial statements and the connections between the three statements.
- Experience with an ERP and a planning tool such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, or Pigment.
- Experience using AI-augmented productivity tools such as Claude, Gemini, or specialized AI extensions to improve financial analysis, modeling, or reporting workflows.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or CFA, or progress toward one of these qualifications.
- SQL or data warehouse querying experience and familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience in media, technology, or advertising.
- Experience automating or redesigning recurring finance processes.
