Reporting Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: RSU Tower, Bangkok, Thailand; hybrid work model with 6 days in the hirify.global office per month. Working hours: 9 am–6 pm Australian time.

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver portfolio performance, regulatory, management, and other financial reports.
• Gather, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and enhance reporting processes and templates to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Collaborate with operations and client service teams to resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Perform quality control checks against client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and respond to client queries with accurate documentation and explanations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in investment management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and investment concepts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Advent Geneva, BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, or similar reporting platforms.
