Recruiter (Deep Tech)

Location: Denver, CO or New York, NY preferred; remote candidates may be considered for the right experience.

Salary: $90,000–$140,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonuses and equity options.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake, sourcing, and scheduling through interviews, offers, and close.
• Source and engage candidates for highly technical and niche roles across R&D, engineering, product, manufacturing operations, and business operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, success profiles, and structured interview plans.
• Improve interviewing practices, feedback quality, decision-making, and candidate communication.
• Shape employer branding and write compelling job descriptions.
• Maintain ATS data, track recruiting metrics, and improve workflows and processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and close highly specialized talent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing competing priorities independently.
• Experience working in lean recruiting environments.
• Denver or New York preferred; remote candidates may be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience in deep tech, hardware, advanced manufacturing, or other highly technical environments.
• Startup experience.
• Working knowledge of Greenhouse.
