Senior Technical Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple technical searches, from intake through offer negotiation and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, success profiles, interview strategies, and talent-market positioning.
• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies, conduct direct outreach, and build pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical roles.
• Assess and communicate technical requirements across engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML, data, security, and related functions.
• Provide market intelligence, candidate feedback, and actionable recommendations to keep searches moving.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and improve recruiting processes, tools, and practices as the company scales.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting experience.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML, data, security, or other highly technical teams.
• Strong technical sourcing skills and the ability to understand complex technical roles.
• Ability to manage multiple searches independently, prioritize effectively, and operate with minimal direction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, judgment, organization, integrity, and discretion.

• Experience recruiting in a Series A–C startup environment.
• Experience building sourcing strategies or recruiting programs from the ground up.
• Experience using recruiting data and metrics to improve search outcomes.
