Talent Partner (AI/Robotics)

Location: Remote in the UK or Ireland, or on the US East Coast. The role requires working with US time zones, including regular overlap with West Coast hours; calls at 5–7pm UK/Ireland time may be normal.

What you will do

• Own recruiting searches end to end, from sourcing and screening through process management and closing.
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through outbound search, referrals, and communities.
• Recruit across developer relations, forward deployed engineering, marketing, content, and sales, while supporting deeper engineering hiring when needed.
• Assess technical comprehension alongside role-specific skills and maintain a high hiring bar with hiring managers.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from the first conversation through the offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Lead on role definition, market insight, and calibration.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of recruiting experience in early-stage and scaling startups, typically from Seed through Series A–C.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting ownership, including independently managing searches rather than only sourcing or coordinating.
• Experience recruiting for technical products such as developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, robotics, or similar domains.
• Ability to assess technical substance and recruit for commercial and developer-facing roles, including developer relations, forward deployed engineering, and technical marketing.
• Strong sourcing, communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to work with US time zones, including West Coast overlap for candidates based in the UK or Ireland.

• Experience recruiting across multiple role types rather than engineering roles alone.
