What you will do

• Execute full-cycle hiring for AI researchers, ML engineers, and software engineers, from sourcing to closing.
• Design and run novel sourcing systems beyond LinkedIn, including hackathons, niche communities, and open-source ecosystems.
• Prototype internal recruiting tools and outreach workflows using AI coding tools.
• Perform rigorous technical screenings by evaluating candidates' GitHub profiles and the complexity of their built projects.
• Partner with senior engineering leadership to calibrate the hiring bar and define offer strategies for competitive candidates.
• Maintain a high-precision pipeline, optimizing for quality and technical excellence over throughput.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting in environments with exceptional talent density, such as frontier AI labs or top-tier startups.
• Proven track record of closing competitive technical candidates against FAANG and well-funded AI startups.
• Technical fluency: ability to read code, evaluate project difficulty, and engage as a peer with senior ML researchers.
• Comfort with AI coding tools and a habit of building side projects or automations.
• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to represent the company to elite engineers.
