Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Salary: USD 96,500–183,500 per year

What you will do

• Perform ServiceNow engineering tasks independently and produce reliable, reproducible results.
• Analyze results and identify deviations from ServiceNow best practices.
• Troubleshoot workflows, access, portals, and reporting issues.
• Understand HR business gaps and propose technical solutions.
• Demonstrate new ServiceNow functionality to stakeholders and support the HR Acuity case management application.
• Gather requirements for new ServiceNow HR requests and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 5 years, or a PhD with no required experience.
• ServiceNow HRSD configuration and/or development experience.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge required to perform the role.
• Ability to follow corporate and divisional policies, including data security, GxP compliance, safety, code of conduct, and software development lifecycle standards.
