Senior ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: US-Remote; U.S. Citizenship required

Salary: $130,000–$145,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead development strategy, planning, and execution for customized ServiceNow applications.
• Develop, maintain, and expand applications on the Now Platform.
• Build frontend and backend components and integrate ServiceNow functions with legacy systems.
• Develop dashboards and metrics based on ServiceNow application data.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, business analysts, QA personnel, stakeholders, and government management.
• Diagnose production issues, drive technical innovation, and apply unit and integration testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of development experience, including 2 years as a lead developer.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow and Now Platform experience with ITSM, App Engine, and/or Integration Hub.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DHS clearance.
• Ability to design, discuss, and document system strategies for platforms, applications, and networks.
• Experience writing unit and end-to-end automated tests; proficiency with Jira and GitHub.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, App Engine, Integration Hub, Mobile Studio, and Automated Test Framework.
• Java development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer certification.
