Associate Inventory Analyst (MedTech)

What you will do

• Monitor the performance and utilization of consigned sets, item consignments, and loaner inventory.
• Identify underused assets and support inventory retrieval or reallocation.
• Coordinate urgent solutions when critical inventory is needed for surgical cases and standard loaner inventory is unavailable.
• Maintain inventory databases, prepare reports, and support field-team forecasting and planning.
• Track and reconcile inventory transfers and discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Support regional trauma inventory and align local and national inventory resources across Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, and Product Development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Effective communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to learn the medical device industry and inventory operations.
