Location: Remote; travel 61–80% within the US

Salary: $113,000–$188,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage significant client workstreams or projects in accordance with engagement statements of work.
• Direct data analyses, interpret findings, develop recommendations, and support implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Create reports, presentations, and other deliverables for client audiences.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, profitability, billings, risks, issues, and administrative activities.
• Mentor assigned staff and provide quality assurance for project deliverables.
• Contribute to practice development, sales presentations, market opportunities, and profitability improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of applicable professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to conduct and oversee analyses and communicate recommendations, strategy, and project outcomes to clients.
• Ability to lead work groups, manage projects, and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work remotely and travel 61–80% within the US.
• Ability to adapt quickly, meet deadlines, operate computer software, and make independent decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in health systems finance, clinical or operational healthcare, operational or strategic consulting, strategic planning, or decision-support analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree, RN or another relevant clinical professional license, PMP, or Lean certification.
