What you will do

• Lead and manage significant workstreams or projects to deliver performance improvement for healthcare systems.
• Perform and oversee complex data analyses to form recommendations and strategic solutions for clients.
• Develop deliverables and presentations for diverse audiences to communicate strategy and outcomes.
• Manage project economics, including budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Mentor and provide guidance to staff assigned to projects.
• Build and maintain strong, referenceable client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be able to travel 61-80% within the US.
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Consulting, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree.
• RN license or other professional license in a clinical area of expertise.
• PMP or Lean Certification.
