What you will do

• Lead engagements by overseeing data analyses, interpretations, presentations, and quality assurance of deliverables.
• Manage client relationships across clinical, physician, and administrative levels to identify needs and deliver solutions.
• Drive project execution, profitability, risk management, and staff mentoring while meeting utilization targets.
• Participate in business development, sales calls, RFP responses, and add-on sales opportunities.
• Contribute to practice development through training, internal activities, and technology learning.

Requirements

• US work authorization as federal contractor (EEO/AA/Disabled/Protected Veteran)
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Demonstrated depth of knowledge as subject matter expert in healthcare.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and communicate effectively.
• Qualitative analysis, strategic problem-solving, and client interview skills.
• Master’s Degree preferred; RN or professional license in clinical area; PMP/Lean Certification nice-to-have.
