What you will do

• Shape customer opportunities and translate business needs into actionable technical approaches.
• Build and deliver production-grade solutions in customer environments with end-to-end ownership.
• Accelerate time to value by delivering iterative, high-impact solutions in ambiguous environments.
• Engage senior stakeholders, align priorities, and guide technical and business decisions.
• Apply industry and customer context to tailor solutions and maintain customer impact.
• Prepare and transition clearly scoped work to Forward Deployed Engineering crews across the engagement lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and several years of experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience partnering directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver solutions end to end.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting, solutions engineering, or field engineering.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, cloud architecture, data engineering, and AI tools and workflows for software engineering artifacts.
