Manager, Project Management (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 per year base salary, depending on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the project management team and ensure adherence to departmental standards.
• Set employee goals, allocate resources, assign work, manage escalations, and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Coach project managers through complex project roadblocks and support their career development.
• Engage with senior internal leaders and client-side executives at large enterprise financial services institutions.
• Identify process improvements and product automation opportunities that improve client satisfaction and scalability.
• Train new hires, track team progress, provide feedback, and address team issues proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certification such as PgMP, MSP, or PMP is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a people manager, focused on team development, enablement, and mentorship.
• 7–10 years of experience in program or project management or customer-facing enterprise roles.
• Experience leading teams that manage large, complex enterprise accounts; financial services experience is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, independent judgment, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with marketing technologies such as Adobe or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, plus digital marketing and technical SaaS experience.

• Advanced degree or PgMP, MSP, or PMP certification.
