Project Manager (AI)

Salary: $78,000–$100,000 per year base salary

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project and program management for a large, complex enterprise account.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Build and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Product, clients, vendors, and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while communicating status and decisions.
• Improve project processes and workflows to support successful product adoption and compliant delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications such as PgMP, MSP, or PMP are preferred.
• 2–5 years of project management or customer-facing experience supporting large enterprise engagements.
• Experience with technical SaaS products, preferably in a B2B environment, and with Fortune 500 or financial services clients.
• Experience with marketing technologies such as Adobe or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital channels including email, social, and web.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, MSP, or PMBOK project and program management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as PgMP, MSP, or PMP.
• Experience with hirify.global or comparable technical SaaS products.
• Experience managing technical implementations and A/B or multivariate testing in digital marketing platforms.
• Digital marketing experience, particularly in acquisition, services, or engagement use cases.
