Senior Project Manager, Product (US) (AI)

Location: United States; remote-first approach

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Lead product projects from initiation through launch, managing timelines, scope, budgets, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, workstreams, staffing plans, and resource estimates.
• Serve as a trusted client partner, leading communications and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Balance creative and technical ambition with business objectives and contracted scope.
• Identify risks, solve problems, escalate issues, and support project profitability.
• Drive operational excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of product development and project delivery practices.
• Experience independently owning complex projects or workstreams from kickoff through launch.
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, stakeholder communication, and client leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of resource planning, staffing, project financials, and project profitability.
• Ability to mentor junior Project Managers and lead cross-functional teams with ownership, empathy, and humility.
• AI is an integral part of the way you work and get things done.

Nice to have

• Prior agency or services experience.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
