People Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Manage programs and initiatives across the global HR roadmap.
• Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, and clear ownership.
• Coordinate execution across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams.
• Drive project governance, decisions, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• Create repeatable workflows and tools that help HR execute at scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project or program management experience in a fast-moving, high-growth organization.
• Experience independently driving complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, planning, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build new systems and workflows rather than only operate established processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative and low-ego approach.
