What you will do

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for semiconductor and display technologies.
• Collect, analyze, and report data from process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization and measure film properties on basic systems.
• Troubleshoot process issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution of customer concerns under supervision.
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, customers, vendors, and suppliers while learning to implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be able to start full-time between November 2026 and February 2027.
• Ability to analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
