TL;DR
Senior Program Analyst/Sustainment SME (Aerospace): Supporting F/A-18E/F and EA-18G lifecycle sustainment through integrated product support, technical data package execution, and contract management with an accent on cost, schedule, performance, and mission readiness. Focus on tracking CDRL deliverables, coordinating NAVAIR stakeholders, executing sustainment funding, and mitigating program risks.

Location: On-site in Lexington Park, Maryland, United States

Salary: $105,160–$157,630 per year

What you will do

  • Support PMA 265 and the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G Air Vehicle Integrated Product Team with integrated product support, sustainment planning, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage technical data package programs, including CDRL tracking, database compliance, contract deliverables, and system reviews.
  • Coordinate with program management, engineering, logistics, data management, acquisition, contract, and PLM stakeholders across NAVAIR.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, strategy documents, and responses to emergent program requirements.
  • Support contract modifications, funding execution, budget planning through the POM cycle, and sustainment resource allocation.
  • Monitor IPS performance metrics and mitigate risks related to cost growth, schedule delays, and performance deviations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 10 years of related experience, or 18 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to compile and present data to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to comprehend and monitor technical data package contracts, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • U.S. citizenship required by the contract.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel experience, plus aptitude for specialized computer applications.

Nice to have

  • Previous knowledge of integrated product support contracts.
  • Experience leading IPS contract management against cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
