Salary: $105,100 - $175,700

What you will do

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through design, development, production, and sustainment.
• Manage program performance, including schedule adherence, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with military customers to understand and meet mission requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Support growth initiatives, including the preparation and documentation of bids and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management or performance-related roles.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to government contract requirements.
• Proven track record in managing complex aerospace or defense programs.
• Proficiency in earned value cost accounting, variance analysis, and program metrics.
• Eligibility for DoD Personal Security Clearance (Active Secret clearance preferred).
