Program Manager (Aerospace/Defense)

Location: Binghamton, New York, United States. Only U.S. citizens are eligible due to U.S. Government contract requirements. The role requires eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance; an active Secret security clearance is preferred.

Salary: $105,100–$175,700 per year

What you will do

• Lead program execution from inception through design, development, production, and sustainment.
• Own program performance across schedule, cost, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives.
• Build trusted customer relationships and align program execution with mission and contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, plans, budgets, forecasts, and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve schedule and budget deviations, and implement corrective action plans.
• Lead cross-functional program teams and support growth, bids, and proposal activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of program performance or program management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex aerospace or defense programs.
• Experience with earned value cost accounting, reporting, productivity metrics, and variance analysis.
• Strong communication, leadership, customer relationship, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance are required.
