What you will do

• Support the Commercial Ground Operations team with assigned operational tasks.
• Work cross-functionally with Flight Operations as part of the Ground Operations team.
• Identify operational risks and escalate safety-critical matters to the Ground Operations Lead.
• Assist with non-flight operations, including Drone Dropoff Points, manual data collection, and merchant launch readiness.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to provide structured operational feedback on production systems and tools.
• Support other Commercial Operations activities assigned by management.

• Strong operational judgment and risk-based decision-making skills.
• Clear communication with executive leadership, maintenance personnel, and operations crews.
• High standards for safety, compliance, documentation, and accountability.
• Ability to work with precision and operational discipline in a scalable environment.
