What you will do

• Drive high-priority business initiatives for the Grid Technologies leadership team.
• Structure complex and ambiguous business topics, assess risks and dependencies, challenge assumptions, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Influence senior stakeholders across functions, establish ownership and accountability, and remove execution barriers without direct authority.
• Prepare executive decision materials, business updates, leadership reviews, and management presentations.
• Consolidate initiative status, performance, risks, dependencies, and escalation topics into leadership reporting.
• Track decisions, owners, timelines, and agreed actions through to closure while improving the business operating rhythm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business management, consulting, project management, finance, commercial, operations, or a related business leadership role.
• Demonstrated high performance, increasing responsibility, and measurable business impact, preferably in a complex multinational or industrial organization.
• Strong business judgment and analytical skills, including the ability to structure ambiguity and translate analysis into recommendations.
• Executive presence and confidence influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment without formal authority.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
