TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead and adapt portfolio and program design for energy efficiency and electrification initiatives.
  • Manage financial metrics, budgets, and performance KPIs for assigned portfolios.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, trade allies, and industry partners.
  • Mentor and lead distributed team members, especially during complex program launches.
  • Oversee program evaluation, data collection, and reporting to ensure quality control.
  • Develop targeted presentations to promote program awareness at industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Energy, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in the energy sector, specifically in energy efficiency or demand-side management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing project teams during growth or new launches.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
  • Must be able to travel to the Albuquerque, NM office up to 2 times a month.

  • Experience with demand side management (DSM) programs.
  • Proven ability to guide large program teams and oversee complex launches.
