Senior Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution, planning, governance, and delivery health for client engagements.
• Manage workflows, milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, escalations, and delivery documentation.
• Produce weekly status reports covering deliverables, risks, issues, urgent items, and backlog health.
• Maintain project plans, process flows, job aids, reconciliation reports, and project controls.
• Support invoicing, approvals, financial reconciliation, and alignment with engagement economics.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, Account Managers, internal leadership, senior management, departments, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or a similar field.
• Approximately 5–8 years of project management experience.
• Leadership and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience leading medium or large complex utility projects.
• Comfort working with ERP, CRM, and project management tools.
• Availability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience in utilities, engineering, or construction.
• Utility transmission, electric, gas, or infrastructure experience.
