Location: Hybrid (NYC H + H, 4 days/week)

Salary: $72,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Create high-quality analytic deliverables to support membership value and revenue generation.
• Manage complex contract categories and perform spend and supply market analysis.
• Troubleshoot data and tool issues, ensuring reliable deliverables for the commercial team.
• Train and onboard new staff on reports, processes, and Supply Chain ITS tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology and processes with member needs.
• Conduct routine and ad-hoc analytics to drive contract penetration.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and large data set manipulation.
• Must be based in NYC and able to work onsite 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare and IT environments.
• Prior experience in a Contract Analyst role for 2-3 years.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategy and its integration with analytics.
