AI Intelligent Automation, Director

Location: Irving, Texas, at hirify.global Corporate HQ

Salary: $117,600–$206,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise automation intake, assessment, prioritization, and portfolio governance.
• Manage roadmap planning, business demand, portfolio sequencing, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Own operational budgets, licensing, vendor relationships, contractor strategy, and financial reporting.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define priorities and measure business value, ROI, customer satisfaction, and operational health.
• Provide executive reporting on portfolio health, capacity, financial performance, delivery risks, and business outcomes.
• Ensure AI Development Lifecycle compliance, remove delivery risks with engineering leadership, and improve organizational maturity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology or automation leadership.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with portfolio management, roadmap and capacity planning, budgets, staffing, governance, KPI reporting, and vendors.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI-enabled automation.
• Relevant degree preferred; healthcare or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
