VP of Technology & AI Infrastructure

Location: Remote

Salary: $200,000–$225,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the technology strategy and multi-year roadmap across internal infrastructure, IT operations, data systems, Salesforce, digital products, and system integrations.
• Partner with Product leadership on architecture, build-versus-buy decisions, prioritization, technical feasibility, and delivery of jobseeker and partner-facing products.
• Lead AI enablement by establishing responsible AI standards covering privacy, consent, security, vendor risk, quality, bias considerations, and human oversight.
• Lead internal IT service delivery, including helpdesk operations, devices, access control, onboarding and offboarding, vendors, and staff technology training.
• Oversee Salesforce, data governance, reporting, dashboards, cybersecurity, operational risk, and compliance for systems handling sensitive data.
• Implement consistent project delivery practices and provide executive leadership with clear progress updates, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience spanning IT operations, systems leadership, and product or engineering delivery.
• Experience developing technology strategy across internal infrastructure and externally facing products or platforms, including demonstrated AI experience.
• Experience with AI, data governance, enterprise systems, and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Strong program and project delivery discipline, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under constrained resources.
• Experience partnering with Product leaders on strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery.
• Strong executive communication skills and commitment to hirify.global’s mission.
