Director, AI Delivery, Global (AI)

Location: Remote in the US or onsite in Denver, Colorado; up to 10% travel expected.

Salary: $200,000–$210,000 base salary plus bonus; compensation may vary by location and experience.

What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing AI Delivery team that converts approved business requirements into validated, production-ready solutions.
• Own delivery intake and business requirements review, assessing scope, sizing, feasibility, and readiness.
• Establish quality standards and technical validation processes for AI solution development.
• Embed ethics, security, compliance, and responsible AI requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Design transition protocols and coordinate handoffs to platform and adoption teams for operational readiness and rollout.
• Develop delivery metrics, business-value reporting, talent development programs, and repeatable methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, combined with substantial experience leading enterprise AI/ML delivery teams.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, Microsoft Azure, application architecture, secure scalable applications, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience establishing delivery methodologies that balance innovation velocity, technical quality, governance compliance, and architectural coherence.
• Experience building and leading geographically distributed technical teams across time zones and cultural contexts.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center operations, infrastructure projects, or construction management.
• Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
