Product Manager (Wireless)

Location: San Francisco, hybrid

Salary: $205,000–$275,000 base annually, plus eligibility for hirify.global’s equity plan.

What you will do

• Own the wireless product line and wireless operating system across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud management.
• Build an observability platform that enables proactive wireless issue detection, routing, and resolution.
• Ship automatic channel and power optimization, seamless roaming, client steering, and interference mitigation features.
• Define product opportunities in Radio Resource Management, localization, and IoT.
• Partner with Wireless Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, Sales Engineering, marketing, and operations to turn customer signals into roadmap priorities.
• Write trusted specifications, sales documentation, and roadmap narratives while establishing PM processes and onboarding structure.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of wireless networking, including IPSK, Radio Resource Management, access point behavior under load, Wi-Fi standards, and IT troubleshooting needs.
• Ability to translate support tickets, Slack discussions, sales requests, and hardware constraints into a clear product plan.
• Experience working effectively across engineering, support, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and working with minimal existing PM structure.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in San Francisco.
