Product Manager: Data Centers

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the Sunnyvale office

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

hirify.global develops optical wireless connectivity infrastructure using beams of light for high-speed communications between data centers, network facilities, and other locations.

What you will do

• Own the definition and evolution of products supporting data center and infrastructure connectivity use cases.
• Translate customer, partner, and internal needs into product requirements, workflows, and roadmaps.
• Define requirements for capacity, latency, availability, redundancy, scalability, and operational constraints.
• Partner with engineering, UX design, and customer-facing teams to balance technical feasibility, performance, and deployment realities.
• Define and track metrics for performance, availability, adoption, and operational effectiveness.
• Use deployment learnings, operational signals, and user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in infrastructure, networking, or technical systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in data center environments.
• At least 1 year of experience building 0-to-1 products.
• Experience translating complex technical needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Understanding of connectivity needs in data centers, network infrastructure, or large-scale technical systems.
• Ability to work in the Sunnyvale office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Background in networking, telecom, cloud infrastructure, or a related domain.
• Familiarity with optical circuit switching and optical networking.
• Knowledge of high-speed data center interconnect technologies such as InfiniBand.
• Experience working in technically complex and ambiguous environments.
