Digital Cloud Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid with 1 day per week in-office

Salary: USD $41.39–$81.63 per hour for IC3 roles across the U.S.; USD $51.15–$97.88 per hour for IC4 roles. Location-specific ranges apply in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.

What you will do

• Contribute to architecture design, pilots, proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, and implementation activities for Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions.
• Identify technical blockers, propose product-based solutions, and support customer and partner projects through pre-sales and implementation.
• Engage technical decision makers to understand business, industry, compliance, and technology priorities.
• Define customer timelines, success measures, adoption plans, and business outcomes in collaboration with sponsors and sales teams.
• Collaborate with Microsoft teams, partners, and support resources to drive technical wins and cloud solution usage.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, training programs, and technical knowledge sharing for customers, partners, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus relevant technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, or technical sales experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum qualification includes 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year with relevant certifications, or 3+ years of relevant experience without the degree pathway.
• Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years with relevant certifications, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Additional preferred experience includes 8+ years in architecture, consulting, design and implementation, and/or sales.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud-based solution design, migration, and technology management is preferred.
