Inside Sales Representative (Automotive)

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Present available used vehicles, including features, specifications, benefits, and pricing.
• Assess customer needs and budgets, guide buyers through the sales process, and conduct virtual or in-person demonstrations.
• Coordinate with finance and inventory management teams to support smooth transactions.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and complete required paperwork in line with legal and compliance requirements.
• Follow up after sales, resolve concerns, and build relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of customer service experience with a sales background.
• Automotive sales experience, particularly in the used-car market, is preferred.
• College diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; familiarity with Salesforce, Five9, and Zoom.
