Field Sales Representative (Automotive)

What you will do

• Meet vehicle buyers and sellers, build client relationships, and generate revenue through car sales.
• Present vehicle features and conduct demonstrations and test drives during field viewings.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable vehicle models, and negotiate to improve closing ratios.
• Explain inspection reports, vehicle condition, service history, warranty, and other relevant details to buyers.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and transfer teams to support successful vehicle transfers.
• Answer client questions by phone and email and update viewing records and comments accurately in the system.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a field representative or account manager in the UAE, preferably in the motors industry.
• Experience using CRM software or applications; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong closing, negotiation, customer service, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply customer service and training techniques.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel by road to meet clients.
