Location: Milpitas, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $159,500–$271,200 annually

hirify.global develops metrology, inspection, and process-control systems for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. The RAPID division provides reticle inspection solutions for mask shops and semiconductor fabs.

What you will do

• Lead engineering development projects for mask inspection products.
• Assess risks, identify critical paths, and drive projects toward execution.
• Coordinate engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and service teams.
• Influence and empower team members to achieve engineering rigor, reliability, usability, and customer focus.
• Present execution plans to internal leadership and external customers.
• Remove bottlenecks, document functional interdependencies, and support roadmap development with requirements and resource planning.

Requirements

• Master’s or advanced degree in engineering or physical sciences.
• At least 6 years of industry experience in engineering and/or project management of multidisciplinary products.
• Leadership, critical thinking, communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Experience leading teams through influence rather than direct reporting lines.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Wrike, or Jira.
• Minimum qualifications may also be met with a doctorate and 3 years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital equipment sectors such as semiconductors, medical equipment, or robotics.
• PMP or Agile certification.
