What you will do

• Lead engineering development projects for mask inspection products within the RAPID division.
• Assess and evaluate risks to drive project execution along the critical path.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and service teams.
• Guide and influence team members to achieve excellence in engineering rigor and customer focus.
• Develop and present execution plans for internal leadership and external customers.
• Support roadmap development by detailing requirement changes and necessary resources.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Milpitas, CA.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences (PhD + 3 years experience, Master's + 6 years, or Bachelor's + 8 years).
• 6+ years of industry experience in Engineering and/or Project Management of multidisciplinary products.
• Proven track record of leading teams through influence rather than direct reporting lines.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Capital Equipment sectors such as Semiconductors, Medical Equipment, or Robotics.
• Proficiency with Project Management tools including MS Project, Wrike, or Jira.
• PMP or Agile certification.
