What you will do

• Own the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from conception through completion.
• Translate business priorities into actionable execution plans and align Product, Engineering, and program leadership.
• Establish timelines, delivery milestones, planning routines, retrospectives, and status reporting.
• Identify technical blockers, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, driving timely resolution.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and improve delivery predictability.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of project or program management experience in software or highly technical environments.
• Experience driving initiatives across multiple teams from conception to completion.
• Technical literacy covering concepts such as APIs and system dependencies.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to structure complex, shifting situations and communicate technical complexity to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work from the Columbus, Ohio location.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS or platform-based product environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
