What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of complex initiatives to ensure outcome-driven delivery.
• Partner with leadership to align engineering efforts with shifting program priorities and business intent.
• Establish and maintain operational rigor through timelines, delivery milestones, and team operating rhythms.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers, risks, and dependencies to maintain efficient workstreams.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure transparency on delivery trade-offs.
• Continuously optimize internal processes to improve team predictability and focus.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in project or program management within software or highly technical environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams from conception to completion.
• Technical literacy in concepts such as APIs and system dependencies.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to bring structure to complex, ambiguous situations without an existing roadmap.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in SaaS or platform-based product environments.
• Mastery of project management tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
