Project & Program Management III (AI)

Location: Remote, Virginia, United States; willingness to work across multiple North American time zones, remotely or from the local client office

Salary: $80,640–$134,400 USD gross annually, base pay only

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate large-scale data center builds, retrofits, and network deployment projects from initiation through closure.
• Partner with network engineers, data center technicians, vendors, internal teams, and client stakeholders across planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
• Define project scope, requirements, feasibility assessments, implementation plans, resource allocation, and asset and material management.
• Track milestones, schedules, deliverables, KPIs, budgets, documentation, and change control processes.
• Identify risks, perform risk analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and client executives.
• Evaluate post-project results and improve delivery processes across teams and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 2–5 years of related experience.
• 2–5 years of project management experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, preferably supporting data centers or network hardware.
• At least 2 years of experience with data center lifecycles and/or large-scale networks.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and risk tracking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, learn new tools quickly, and communicate updates to client executives.
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple North American time zones.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PPM, CPD, CPMP, or similar certifications.
• Understanding of the OSI model.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
