What you will do

• Support business operations, R&D programs, and facility planning initiatives from initiation through execution.
• Define and monitor project objectives, success criteria, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track progress, communicate status, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve execution challenges.
• Monitor strategic initiative goals, establish action plans, and promote accountability for organizational outcomes.
• Maintain risk registers, identify and mitigate project and operational risks, and drive process improvements.
• Strengthen confidential information management through document classification, access controls, reporting, and compliance with corporate security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, program management, business operations, or process improvement.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder engagement, analytical, data management, and reporting skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as Monday.com, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
• Experience in R&D, technology, semiconductor, or engineering-focused organizations.
• Knowledge of advanced semiconductor technologies and development environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
