What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams across product marketing, supply chain, engineering, and finance to ensure spare parts supply continuity.
• Drive technical and business decisions regarding support prioritization and project scoping based on ROI analysis.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks effectively.
• Provide regular program updates and checkpoint presentations to senior and executive management.
• Manage projects using both agile and traditional waterfall methodologies.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI tools, to optimize planning, execution, and portfolio management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• 7+ years of technology industry experience.
• 2–3 years of team management experience.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful project completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Ann Arbor, MI.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital equipment engineering and support.
• Previous experience in formal project or program management.
