Salary: $105,900 – $180,000 Annually

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams across product marketing, supply chain, engineering, and finance to ensure spare parts supply continuity.
- Drive technical and business decisions regarding support prioritization and project scoping based on ROI analysis.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks effectively.
- Provide regular program updates and checkpoint presentations to senior and executive management.
- Manage projects using both agile and traditional waterfall methodologies.
- Leverage emerging technologies, including AI tools, to optimize planning, execution, and portfolio management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
- 7+ years of technology industry experience.
- 2–3 years of team management experience.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful project completion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Ann Arbor, MI.
Nice to have
- Experience in capital equipment engineering and support.
- Previous experience in formal project or program management.
