What you will do

• Sell hirify.global products and services to drive long-term revenue growth.
• Identify HCM and benefits solutions for agents, brokers and other partners.
• Build and maintain partner relationships through needs analysis, proposals, quotes, renewals and service.
• Prospect for new partnerships through associations, clubs, referrals and other activities.
• Educate and train partners to represent and sell hirify.global products effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or work-related experience.
• 4+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Facilitation, decision-making, organizational and interpersonal skills.
