What you will do

• Sell hirify.global products and services to agents, brokers, and other partners.
• Identify solutions that address partner and customer needs.
• Build and maintain partner relationships through needs analyses, proposals, quotes, renewals, and service.
• Prospect for new partnerships through associations, clubs, referrals, and other activities.
• Educate and train partners to effectively represent and sell hirify.global products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 4+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation, decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
