Manager, Business Ops (Billing & AR)

Salary: $94,000–$151,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage, train, and develop Business Systems Analysts and Business Operations team members.
• Oversee pre-order operations supporting sales quotes, sales orders, purchasing, pricing, and procurement.
• Improve systems, applications, procedures, and cross-department coordination to maximize operational efficiency.
• Establish production KPIs, conduct quality assessments, and monitor daily operations.
• Resolve complex client, account, processing, and discrepancy issues.
• Build compliant processes, analyze financial data, support strategic planning, and provide reports for special projects.

Requirements

• Experience using and/or implementing software and streamlining operational processes.
• Experience working in multi-company and multi-location environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to build teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success and knowledge.
• 3+ years of specialized or industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the software industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
