Location: Remote in the United States, with hybrid and office-based options in New York City or San Francisco. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $151,300–$166,430 annually for remote U.S. roles; $178,000–$195,800 annually for NYC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle locations. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from scoping and analysis through execution and measurement.
• Partner with organizational leaders to define and prioritize critical strategic business questions.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design process improvements that increase efficiency and margins.
• Develop operating metrics and reporting cadences, translating data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Apply AI tools and agents to analysis, reporting, and workflow design.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total work experience, including 2+ years in investment banking or consulting and 2+ years in a high-growth startup.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous issues and provide clear recommendations.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage shifting priorities, build relationships, and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents for accelerating workflows.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or embedded or vertical SaaS.
• SQL proficiency or equivalent analytical depth.
