What you will do

• Evaluate business operations and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for efficiency.
• Analyze financial and performance data from enterprise systems like SAP to produce reports and dashboards.
• Support fiscal goals through budget tracking, forecasting, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Lead implementation of new initiatives, including requirements gathering and project documentation.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations, IT, and Supply Chain departments to ensure alignment.
• Ensure operational activities adhere to internal controls and support audit requirements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related analytical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP reporting systems.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into executive-level summaries.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participating employer).
