Annual salary: $104,000–$202,000 in Sunnyvale. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation competitiveness, and time-to-fill trade-offs using market data and analytics.
• Develop role-level hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and business priorities.
• Design targeted sourcing approaches for critical technical skill sets using market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Refine interview frameworks and improve consistency in candidate evaluation.
• Create candidate engagement strategies and negotiate competitive offers within compensation bands and budgets.
• Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in technical recruitment and negotiation within complex hiring environments.
• Ability to advise hiring managers using market data and pipeline analytics.
• Experience designing structured interviews and competency models.
• Experience using recruiting analytics and CRM tools to build targeted pipelines.
• Ability to forecast hiring velocity, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies based on labor market insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related area plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience.
