Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD base salary, plus bonus potential, commission, and equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design roles, from intake through closing.
• Partner with leadership on hiring strategy, headcount planning, and role definition.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn and other outreach tools, prioritizing quality over volume.
• Improve recruiting processes, assessment practices, interview quality, and candidate experience.
• Advise hiring managers on talent markets, compensation, and candidate calibration.
• Establish recruiting metrics, pipelines, systems, and a high-performing technical recruiting team.

Requirements

• Proven experience hiring high-caliber technical talent across Engineering, Product, and Design in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong talent judgment and familiarity with technical domains sufficient to engage credibly with candidates.
• An extensive Engineering, Product, and Design talent network with strong proactive sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to partner with and challenge senior leaders.
• Data-driven approach and experience using metrics to improve recruiting processes.
• Experience implementing or optimizing ATS and recruiting tools, with high ownership of hiring outcomes.
