Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: Onsite at the St. Petersburg, FL Global HQ (200 Carillon Pkwy), United States

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviewing, selection, offer extension, and onboarding support.
• Develop sourcing strategies and candidate engagement plans using LinkedIn, internal networks, employee referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define requirements, candidate profiles, team dynamics, and recruitment priorities.
• Conduct initial screens, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain clear schedules and expectations.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and analyze pipeline health, hiring outcomes, and recruiting program effectiveness.
• Prepare offer letters, coordinate pre-employment requirements, support employer-brand initiatives, and ensure compliance with government-regulated employment documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions and business functions.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and partner effectively with hiring managers.
• Ability to work onsite at the St. Petersburg, FL Global HQ.
