What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
• Advise executives and business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, labor market trends, compensation insights, and critical talent gaps.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing professionals.
• Oversee executive, leadership, technical, corporate, sales, and other business-critical hiring.
• Strengthen the employer value proposition, university partnerships, campus recruiting, and early-career talent pipelines.
• Build scalable recruiting operations, optimize ATS and sourcing technologies, and use analytics to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
• Experience developing enterprise recruiting strategies in a high-growth technology or fast-paced organization.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth.
• Experience recruiting across technical, engineering, corporate, sales, and executive functions.
• Expertise with recruiting metrics, ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions.
