Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant (PeopleSoft HCM/PeopleTools): Analyzing complex enterprise HCM processes and designing native PeopleSoft automation strategies with an accent on Payroll, Health & Welfare, Benefits, and technical governance documentation. Focus on defining automation requirements, estimating implementation complexity, designing configurations and custom solutions, and validating results through testing and troubleshooting.

What you will do
- Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes.
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend strategies using native PeopleSoft functionality.
- Define automation requirements, dependencies, approaches, complexity, and implementation effort.
- Develop automation plans covering scope, timelines, tools, assumptions, and implementation considerations.
- Create technical documentation for governance, technical reviews, and decision-making.
- Design and implement PeopleSoft configurations and custom solutions while supporting testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and technical validation.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules.
- Hands-on technical expertise with PeopleTools and experience implementing PeopleSoft automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, consulting, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- PeopleSoft HCM or PeopleTools certification.
- Experience using AI or Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude for technical analysis, documentation, process optimization, or automation.
