Senior Oracle HCM Support Specialist (Oracle HCM)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 2 remote days per week

What you will do

• Provide level 2 support for Oracle HCM modules and maintain reliable HR system functionality.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and present functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation for system usage and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Diagnose complex system problems and assist with user training and onboarding.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with Oracle HCM, particularly in support or functional roles.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and experience troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
• Experience writing functional and technical documentation.
• Experience engaging with business stakeholders and facilitating meetings.
• English at C1 level and French at C1 level are required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Oracle HCM Talent module.
• Oracle HCM certification or advanced module knowledge.
• Experience in multi-country or international environments.
• Additional language skills.
