SAP Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement proprietary SAP Add-ons and HCM solutions.
• Incorporate AI features into existing product lines.
• Collaborate on technical specifications and architecture for cloud and on-premise SAP implementations.
• Develop client functionalities and extensions using ABAP, SAPUI5, Java, or JavaScript.
• Build and maintain cloud-based applications utilizing REST APIs.
• Continuously expand expertise through project involvement and professional SAP training.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an SAP IT department or implementation projects.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of SAP development technologies (ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, Java, JavaScript) and Eclipse.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Completion of at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP projects.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI principles (transformers, embeddings, vector/graph databases).
• Experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools like Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience in prompt engineering and optimizing AI agent behaviors.
