What you will do

• Own Workday solution design across Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Time Off, and Absence to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
• Lead the design and optimization of Workday Payroll configurations for multi-state and global operations.
• Maintain Benefits solutions including eligibility, enrollment events, and carrier integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing technical debt and leveraging AI-enabled capabilities for automation.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements to deployment.
• Establish governance and best practices as the technical authority for assigned Workday domains.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of Workday configuration experience within enterprise HR technology.
• Hands-on expertise in configuring Workday Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Time Off, and Absence.
• Proficiency with Workday integrations, reporting, business process framework, and security.
• Experience supporting SOX-compliant enterprise environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
